Respect for Human Rights

Our workforce includes our teams, individuals recruited for our projects, and the employees of our partners and subcontractors. In line with our Group Manifesto and Guide to Human Rights, we are dedicated to upholding human rights, enhancing employment standards, and improving working conditions.

In collaboration with the Freyssinet Group, our Human Resources Department has initiated a rigorous process. Since 2018, they have conducted several assessments to identify risks.

We continue to administer thorough assessments in the following areas:

  • Recruitment and employment of migrant workers
  • Working conditions and social rights
  • Living conditions
  • Access to an anonymous system to report potential human rights violations

Assessments are followed by the implementation of a progress plan with realistic objectives. The plan is monitored by our direct management line. Progress has been made, such as improving accommodation conditions for our employees.

We believe respect for human rights is a value that each employee must prioritize. We have a proactive approach, based on preventive actions:

  • Raising awareness, particularly regarding the choice of subcontractors
  • Training for all employees
  • Sharing best practices

Fight Against Corruption

The Group Anti-Corruption Code of Conduct outlines a framework that Freyssinet fully complies with, supported by three actors.

  • The Finance Department assesses the financial transparency of our operations.
  • The Legal Department evaluates corruption risks and verifies the compliance of contracts and practices of our partners.
  • The Human Resources Department distributes reference documents to all employees and implements training for managers via e-learning modules.

Failure to follow anti-corruption regulations may lead to disciplinary action and legal penalties.
